At Truform, Hot Yoga is more than just a stretch — it’s a moving meditation in heat. Set in our serene infrared-heated studio, this practice combines breath, movement, and mindfulness to help you dissolve tension, open your body, and reset your nervous system.

The gentle heat created by infrared technology encourages your muscles to open naturally, allowing
for deeper stretches and a safer, more fluid flow. Unlike forced heat, infrared penetrates the body deeply, boosting circulation, detoxification, and tissue repair — without ever feeling suffocating.
