Is this a franchise?+
No. This is a partnership. You invest capital, you own 60% of the business, and we build it alongside you using our existing systems, infrastructure and branding. No ongoing franchise fees. No royalties. No rigid operational restrictions.
What ownership stake do I receive?+
60% from day one. You are the majority owner. Truform holds 40% in return for handling the build, launch and ongoing operational structure.
When does Truform start taking a share of profits?+
We do not take a single penny of profit until your full initial investment has been returned to you in full. Complete alignment, every decision we make is focused on returning your capital first.
How involved do I need to be?+
That is entirely your decision. Hands-on or fully passive, the structure accommodates both. The business is built to run either way.
Do I need prior business experience?+
No. The model works for first-time investors and experienced entrepreneurs alike. You have our full operational system, team and experience behind you from day one.
What locations are available?+
Kensington High Street (W8, 5,000 sq ft) is under construction, targeting late 2026. Berkeley Square, Mayfair (W1J, 2,600 sq ft) has construction beginning December 2026, opening 2027. Further locations in the pipeline shared on application under NDA.
