Technique, combinations, footwork and conditioning, all through structured bag work. Not sparring. Not competing. Just the most effective upper-body and cardiovascular workout you will find in a group class setting.

The art of eight limbs, punches, kicks, elbows and knees, delivered in a structured, high-energy class format. More dynamic than boxing, more technical than standard HIIT.
