Every Stryke class is 100% non-contact. You work on bags and pads, never on other people. There is no sparring, no hitting, no intimidation. If someone told you this was a fighting gym, they were wrong. This is a fitness experience that happens to use boxing and Muay Thai as its vehicle.

Fun, fast and immersive.

The lights drop. The music builds. The coach takes you through 12 structured rounds and you move with the room. Combinations are introduced clearly and then layered throughout the session. Before you realise it, 45 minutes has passed and you have worked harder than you ever have in a gym.

Members range from complete beginners to experienced athletes. The structure guides you from the very first class. You follow the coach, work at your own pace and build confidence and fitness session by session. Nobody cares what level you are at.

Every Stryke class follows the same 12-round structure. Each round has a focus, a combination, a movement, a conditioning block. You build on it round by round, so by the time you reach round 12 you are flowing through sequences you could not have done in round one.

The music, the lighting and the coach's energy carry you through. You are not counting reps in silence. You are in a room full of people all doing the same thing, all feeling the same burn, all pushing each other further than they would go alone.

All Stryke disciplines are included in your membership. Move between them freely, or find your one and commit to it. Either way, every single session is guided, structured and non-contact.

01Combat · All levels

Boxing

Technique, combinations, footwork and conditioning, all through structured bag work. Not sparring. Not competing. Just the most effective upper-body and cardiovascular workout you will find in a group class setting.

Muay Thai

The art of eight limbs, punches, kicks, elbows and knees, delivered in a structured, high-energy class format. More dynamic than boxing, more technical than standard HIIT.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, beginner-friendly class format. Ground-based movement, positional control and technique, no experience required.

Stryke was built around a simple belief, that the most effective training methods in the world should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience, age or fitness level.
