Reformer Pilates
The gold standard of Pilates training. The Reformer builds strength, flexibility and body awareness through resistance-based movement that no other equipment replicates. Suitable for complete beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Grip socks required — available at the studio.
Hot Reformer Pilates
Everything that makes Reformer Pilates exceptional, intensified by infrared heat at 37–40°C. The warmth encourages deeper muscle activation, greater range of motion and a cardiovascular response that cold training simply cannot replicate.
Hot Mat Pilates
No machine. No props. Just you, the mat and the infrared heat — which makes it significantly harder than it sounds. The warmth allows muscles to lengthen further and work deeper, while the focus on core strength, alignment and breathing builds a foundation that supports every other discipline.
HIIT & Burn
High-intensity intervals engineered for results. Work periods designed to push your cardiovascular system, challenge your muscular endurance and produce the kind of afterburn that continues long after class ends. Deceptively demanding. Consistently effective.
Strength & Conditioning
Functional strength and athletic conditioning in a structured, coach-led format. Full-body sessions combining resistance training, movement patterns and cardiovascular elements. Builds the kind of fitness that is visible, sustainable and transfers into everything else you do.
Hot Yoga
A flowing yoga practice in our infrared-heated studio. The heat deepens flexibility, accelerates recovery and transforms what your body is capable of in a single session. Expert-led, all levels, all bodies. An essential complement to every other discipline we offer.
Hot Stretch
A dedicated guided stretching session in our infrared-heated studio. The athletes, the high-performers, the people who consistently show up at their best all share one habit the rest overlook — they prioritise recovery. Hot Stretch systematically releases the tension and restriction that accumulates from training hard.
Boxing
12-round, music-driven, coach-led boxing sessions on bags and pads. 100% non-contact — no sparring, no hitting other people. Technique, combinations, footwork and conditioning in a structured format that is genuinely accessible to complete beginners and seriously challenging for experienced athletes.
Muay Thai
The art of eight limbs — punches, kicks, elbows and knees — delivered in a structured, high-energy class format. More dynamic than boxing, more technical than standard conditioning. Every session teaches you something new while burning more calories than most workouts twice as long.
BJJ
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, beginner-friendly format. Ground-based movement, positional control and technique — no prior experience required. The most effective full-body workout you can do on a mat, and one of the most mentally engaging disciplines in the entire Stryke programme.
Stryke Fitness
12 rounds of structured high-intensity training built on the Stryke format. Strength, conditioning and functional fitness combined with the same immersive energy as the combat classes. No martial arts experience required. This is pure fitness, delivered the Stryke way.
Women's Only
Dedicated women-only boxing and fitness sessions. The same Stryke system, the same coaches, the same standard — in a space that belongs entirely to the women training in it. All levels, all ages. A focused and deeply supportive environment where the only thing that matters is the work.

No. Every discipline at Truform is open to all levels. Tell the instructor before class if you are new and they will ensure you are set up correctly from the first rep.
A water bottle, a towel and grip socks for Reformer classes (available to purchase at the studio if you don't have them). Everything else is provided.
Beckenham and Mayfair operate separate pricing and class pass systems. The Black Card covers Beckenham only. Mayfair class packs and memberships are purchased separately.
Yes. You can hold both a Reformer package and a Mat package simultaneously and alternate between disciplines as often as you like.
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time to avoid a late cancellation charge. This applies to all package types at both locations.
If you are training across both Truform and Stryke disciplines more than twice a week, the Black Card pays for itself within the first fortnight. It is designed for members who have made this a non-negotiable part of their week.
5-class packs expire after 1 month. 10-class packs expire after 2 months. 20-class packs expire after 3 months. Elite 40-class packs expire after 4 months. Expiry dates are activated from the date of first use.
