The Facility

The Kensington location has been designed as the definitive expression of the Truform and Stryke standard. Every square foot has been accounted for. Every studio, every changing room, every detail reflects what a world-class training facility should feel like, not what most of them settle for.
The Infrared Hot Studio
A purpose-built infrared heated studio for Hot Reformer, Hot Mat Pilates and Hot Stretch. Calibrated to the same precise standard as Beckenham, at significantly greater capacity.
The Stryke Studio
A dedicated high-performance combat and fitness space for boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ and STRYKE Fitness, built to a specification that reflects the address it sits on.
Premium Changing Rooms
Changing facilities designed to match the level of everything else in the building. The kind of space that makes the entire experience feel intentional from arrival to departure.
Kensington High Street
One of London's most celebrated commercial addresses. Served by Kensington High Street Underground, multiple bus routes and minutes from some of the capital's finest streets and green spaces.
